Carmilla

Carmilla was rescued with 5 other dogs (Roseanne, Marisa, Jenny, Lisa and Argos) from a place where she was kept inside a small box.  All of the dogs were kept in atrocious conditions.  We don’t know how long she’d been there for, but it was quite some time.

Carmilla loves to be social with other dogs and interacts well with them.  She does like people, but she can be a little shy at the outset.  She needs time and patience to warm up and engage with people on her terms, but given the time she comes around and is really sweet. She’s not at all aggressive, really enjoys being outdoors. She can be energetic at times, but not overly so.  She does not have any food aggression issues.  She has had very limited opportunity to learn walking on a lead, and will benefit from some additional training on the leash.  She’s a very affable girl and will make a lovely companion.

Carmilla is about 15 lbs.
