Custard

**UPDATE – Custard has been adopted! She travelled to Canada on our MJET Freedom Flight on November 26th and has found a new home thanks to the generosity of our amazing friends here at MJet Barbados and our wonderful rescue partners in Canada.

Custard is one of 11 puppies that we rescued from a well known dumping site where some dogs are living as a pack.  We had to trap the puppies as they we not used to human contact.  Custard was caught with her brother, Caramel.  They spent a short time in a foster home, and then came to Ocean Acres.  They love the company of other dogs, but are still wary of humans.  Custard is coming along really well.  she has a great foster home and enjoys here walks and snuggles.  she is still startled by loud noises and has not been exposed to lots of excited children.  A calm environment is probably best for Custard.

It’s expected that Custard will remain a small dog as she matures, perhaps approximately 18lbs
