Dezzy

**UPDATE – Dezzy has been adopted! She travelled to Canada on our MJET Freedom Flight on November 26th and has found a new home thanks to the generosity of our amazing friends here at MJet Barbados and our wonderful rescue partners in Canada.

This is a dog from Woodbourne Kennels and Rescue. We are helping to rehome these dogs. In early September 2023, Dorin Boyce, the proprietor of the kennels, suffered a horrendous attack in her home and was robbed. She has been badly hurt and hospitalized. This is a huge blow to all of us, but massively so for the dogs of Woodbourne. They need all the help they can get. Please consider adopting a Woodbourne dog.

Dezzy is one of a litter of pups found on Darylls Road, the blonde bombshell!   She was rescued with her four siblings, 3 of which are in Canada now; just Dezzy and Dexter remain at Woodbourne.  They were running as a pack with the mother and older sister.  Dezzy is a playful sweet natured girl; she is very happy to roll over and show you her tummy! She loves people and enjoys the company of other dogs. She is non aggressive food wise and is a quick learner. Dezzy has had no exposure to cats since coming to the kennels but the area where she was found has a cat colony.
