In our busy world, take an hour just for you to relax and destress – we offer a different experience each week ranging from mindful movement, sound, restorative poses, guided meditation, yoga nidra, head massage – and more!
No experience or flexibility necessary.
Everyone welcome – including the cats who love to join in! Simply bring yourself, something to lie on and just “be”….
Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary, a rescue shelter for dogs and cats, located in St. John on the beautiful rugged East Coast of Barbados, set on 4 acres of lush tropical land with a breathtaking sea view. A must visit for all animal-lovers!

Every Saturday at 11.30am. Stay as long as you wish, spend time with the animals, have a picnic!
