More About Calum

Calum is a sweet boy who we found at Animal Control (the pound) very poorly.  We rushed him off to the vet where he was treated for tick fever.  He is now healthy and well and ready for his forever home.

At first he was quite shy but he has improved massively.  He now loves going for walks with our young volunteers and he has a lot of fun running and playing in the paddock with other dogs.  He needs no special care or medication and is a very easy dog to care for.  He would fit into most homes.  He’s not vocal and we have found him quite gentle to handle.  He could be an only dog, so long as his human(s) spent plenty of time with him.  He is comfortable being crated for short periods of time.  Calum is not an overly excitable dog, and would be perfect for someone looking for a calm and loving companion.

Calum is approximately 18lbs. Calum has moved to Canada to find his forever home.
