Ciel

Ciel came to us in absolutely dreadful condition alongside his female sibling. Both dogs were heartbreakingly thin and had clearly been neglected for a long time.

Sadly, Ciel’s sister was suffering from advanced mammary tumors that had been left untreated for too long. Despite our best efforts, her condition could not be treated, and the kindest thing we could do was help her pass peacefully.

After losing his sister, Ciel took some time to adjust, but he has done wonderfully. He is now in good health, has made lots of new friends, and is embracing life with his trademark smile.

Ciel is a lovely little boy who simply adores people. He wants nothing more than affection and companionship, and it is hard to imagine how anyone could have neglected such a sweet and trusting dog.

Now, we want nothing but the brightest future for this special boy.

Ciel gets along well with other dogs and is also good with cats. He has a medium-to-low energy level, making him a dog who could fit comfortably into many different types of homes. While he has not had extensive exposure to children during his time with us, his friendly and happy nature suggests he would likely do well with respectful children.

Ciel has overcome so much already. Now all he needs is a family to love him forever. Approximately 2 years old 14 lbs
