Ginger Spice

**UPDATE – Ginger Spice has been adopted! She travelled to Canada on our MJET Freedom Flight on November 26th and has found a new home thanks to the generosity of our amazing friends here at MJet Barbados and our wonderful rescue partners in Canada.

Ginger Spice is the mother of Chia, Sesame and Flax – also of Archie, a pup from a previous litter.  They all lived at a dreadful home where they were neglected in every way.  We rescued them all in early Aug 2023. Ginger was kept hungry, dirty, infested with ticks and fleas, with no water, chained to a wooden box of a kennel.  Despite all of this, she has lots of love to give.  She is a happy outgoing girl, who loves the company of other dogs and people.  She would be fine with children, although normal rules apply to introducing children to pets and regulating the children’s behaviors.  From everything we have seen of her so far, we think she would fit into most homes.  She is currently living with one of our large male dogs and they are very happy together.  She walks great on a lead and is well behaved when travelling in the car.
