Jonnie

Jonnie was surrendered to us along with his ‘cell mate’ Joanie in June 2025. They lived in a horrible wooden box, in a dark and dingy dump of a garden. They had be seen running around the neighborhood, obviously when they escaped from the precarious box. They were very pleased to be liberated, albeit a bit shocked at first to have the freedom of a whole grassy pen. They have now got used to the relative comfort we can give them, and we are hoping the next step for them will be soon – a forever home. they both walk nicely on a lead and are happy to interact with people.

Jonnie is confident and low/medium energy. He enjoys a cuddle and could be an only pet or join others in a home. Regarding cats, in our cat area, Jonnie takes little notice of them, but is occasionally reactive/excited when they run or jump up trees. with a dog savvy cat and proper guidance we think he would likely be able to live with cats.

Jonnie is approximately 12lbs
