Kennedy

When we received the original picture of poor Kennedy it was obvious she was starving to death.  We went to get her and took her straight to the vet, that was in late September 2023.  She was hospitalized for quite a long time.  Eventually in late November she was discharged.  She was painfully thin, and positive for tick fever.  She had a blood transfusion and was treated with doxycycline and prednisolone for 3 weeks.  She also had coccidia and giardia which she was treated for as well as a fungal skin infection.  Against all these odds, Kennedy made it.  She is the happiest girl, always a big smile on her face.  She is fairly low energy, but loves a run around the paddock.  She gets on well with other dogs and pays no attention to cats.  Kennedy adores people, she just can’t give enough love!  She gazes at you with those beautiful blue eyes.  We are so pleased that we have been able to give Kennedy this life, that she was so close to losing.  It would be amazing if we could hit the jackpot and find her a forever family.  I know she would love them completely!  She is our special champion and we love her.
