Mono
- Date Adopted: November 26, 2023
**UPDATE – Mono has been adopted! She travelled to Canada on our MJET Freedom Flight on November 26th and has found a new home thanks to the generosity of our amazing friends here at MJet Barbados and our wonderful rescue partners in Canada.
Mono and her sister Kee, were spotted at the side of the road on rainy day in early August 2023. They were trembling and looking very sorry for themselves, most likely dumped. Kee was the most scared and a little bit reluctant and untrusting about being caught. But a tasty tin of food and few gentle words soon changed her mind. It was a rainy day, they were wet and sad, a sorry looking pair.
They had a good appetite on arrival and very soon, their nervousness disappeared and they were jumping all over us. They are two lovely young girls that will make whoever adopts them very happy. Mono and Kee are very sociable with other dogs, and would be fine around children. They are young and like to play, but also enjoy strokes and cuddles. They both have a lot of love to give, and they are certainly due some love themselves.
At time of writing (20 August 2023) Mono is not yet spayed. She will be spayed in due course.
Mono is approximately 14lbs. We expect they will remain small to medium dogs.
