Reginald

Meet Reginald, a sweet happy-go-lucky boy who is waiting for a family & home to call his own. He is a young, medium-sized dog who loves the outdoors and is an active boy that would be ready to jump right in to any new adventure. On the flip side, when he’s got his zoomies out, this sweet boy enjoys sitting and being petted and loves bath and shampoo time which seems to send him into a blissful doggy zen.

Reginald shows no signs of aggression and enjoys meeting new people. He would likely fit right in with an active family, older kids (due to his size) or a home with other friendly dogs. He already has experience with a young teen and other pet dogs. He will benefit from some basic training to improve his manners, but being food motivated will likely respond well to training.  Reginald doesn’t live with cats, but all the ones he’s met (for instance at the vet) he pays no attention to.

Reginald has known the hardest of times and was found in an extremely dire state of malnutrition, we didn’t know if he would survive.  But with veterinary treatment and devoted care from his foster family his life has been turned around and this very special boy is now strong and well, with a clean bill of health. He will make a wonderful companion and is ready for a forever family to have fun with and to take care of him.

Reginald has come so far, when he was rescued he could barely stand, he kept falling down; we didn’t think he would make it.  His foster has done an amazing job caring for him.  He really deserves a chance and a future full of love and kindness.
