Meet Sapphire & Topaz – Two Little Ladies Looking for a Loving Home! No one can pass by Sapphire and Topaz without noticing them. These two charming sisters always attract attention. in terms of personality they are the best! They are well-mannered, walk beautifully on a leash, and behave impeccably at home. Are they corgis? Almost! But they’re much smaller and quieter and fluffier! They only bark to alert you when someone approaches the gate. With their thick coats (which hardly shed), they prefer cooler spots and don’t mind sleeping outside. Sapphire is the more reserved one—she enjoys cuddles but only in moderation. Topaz, on the other hand, is the braver, more energetic, and slightly mischievous sister. Despite her small size, she eagerly jumps onto the couch and could snuggle for hours. They came into foster home straight from Animal Control, and their past is unknown. However, it’s likely they belonged to someone who might not have been able to care for them properly—when they arrived, their fur, teeth, and nails needed significant attention. Now, they look absolutely stunning! Their behavior around children, dogs, and cats hasn’t been tested, but they seem neutral. They do get scared of larger dogs and may bark at them as a warning. Sapphire and Topaz would make perfect companions for a senior or someone looking for cute, gentle, low-energy and friends. They don’t need much exercise and prefer to quietly observe their family’s daily life.
Topaz has been adopted in Canada!
