Aeris

Aeris was found on the streets of Bridgetown with puppies. By the time rescuers had found her, she only had one puppy left and was very scared. It took days, countless attempts and more than one person to gain her trust enough to let us save her and her lone pup, Zen.

When she came to us, Aeris was terrified of everything and every one. We worked tirelessly to teach her to walk on a leash. She has realized that people are actually pretty nice and that it is ok to play. We all cried with joy the day she decided to run around and play.

Now, she loves play time with her  friends. She has such fun and even runs up to us when we are around. Each day she grows more and more confident in herself and people.

She is now good with other dogs, although it may take a little time to warm up to a new one, she needs a good introduction but she’s lived happily with many different dogs.  She is now living in a home environment. She is friendly towards cats and really enjoys going for a walk.

Aeris is approximately 45lbs
