Eve

T’was Christmas Eve eve, when all through Ocean Acres, creatures were stirring and Eve appeared!

Sad attempts at poetry aside, Eve arrived and made herself at home here at the sanctuary right in time for Christmas 2020. her owner had neglected her for some time, he was partially bind and wasn’t able to care for her.  the people who could see, chose not to do anything.

Eve settled in quickly and gets along well with other dogs. She was put with a friend immediately and has shown us her true colours. She is a friendly, happy little soul who doesn’t seem to have any aggression in her. She gets along with everyone and is a super calm, confident little girl. She makes herself known in the simplest, quietest of ways and before you know it, she’s in your lap and stolen your heart. She is always happy. She loves play time and her walks. She was very quick to learn sit and will do so when it’s time to eat – she is very fond of her food!

Eve is a Barbados Ruffugee being fostered in Canada and awaiting a forever home. Check back soon for further updates.
